Items purchased from Fash Boutique are eligible for store credit only within 5 business days from day of delivery. Meaning they have to be mailed within that period.
A small amount of items that are heavily discounted are final sale!!
We do not accept refunds at all! Items can be exchanged that are brand new and unworn with tags still attached. ANY WORN, WASHED,USED,DAMAGED OR STAINED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE SHIPPED BACK TO YOU IMMEDIATELY.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
*In order to exchange you must contact us via email and receive authorization.
*No white items, lingerie, swimwear and accessories can be exchanged .They are final sale.
*We do not issue store credits until your item is shipped back and throughly inspected. Store credits will be issued within 3 business days.
*If the returned item has any signs of makeup and or deodorant stains, the exchange will not be accepted.
